Description: TWELVE ARABESQUE WINDSOR 1847 ROGERS BROS SILVERPLATE FORKS & KNIVES SILVERWARE, 1887. This auction is for twelve pieces from Roger Bros that are accented with a beautiful baroque pattern. The pieces are: Six knives (9 ¼” long, 2.8 ounces, Warranted 12DWT embossed on reverse) and Six forks (7 ½” long, 2.1 ounces, 1847 Rogers Bros. embossed on reverse). The five forks are in excellent shape while the knives show signs of wear, some significant. (SEE IMAGES FOR ITEM DETAILS – any glare is due to photographing the shiny finish). The silverware is Arabesque/Windsor Arabesque (multi motif). They have been recently polished/cleaned.
