Description: Bachmann HO 2-8-0 Lehigh Valley Consolidated, DCC, USED. This was an unlettered engine that was decaled in the LV road name. I installed a decoder and the address is #23. Forward headlight works runs well although it seems to run slightly slower than I expect but might need lubed or decoder settings for slower speed? This was a DCC ready engine.
