It looks like a romper but it's a dress. It is pull-over with a button at the neck, so no need to worry about trying to reach around to zip it up. The dress is sleeveless with a cut-out decoration at the top front. The fabric is flowy and the inside is lined. The fabric also stretches. It is aprox 35.25in long. The chest is aprox 36in stretching to 40in. Elastic waist is 28in stretching to 38in. Item has a tie belt at the waist. The fabric feels very comfortable and soft. The fabric is stretchy and can contour to your curves. It is machine washable. This would be a great party dress! Condition: Pre-owned. No marks or spots. Stitching slightly stretched under left arm (see photo). Stitching otherwise in nice shape. No holes, rips or tears. No missing buttons. Small pick near buttonhole on back (see photo).
