The kicker is that I have owned other BEARPAW boots and in those I had to actually size down, so I don't know why these fit like they do. But my loss is your gain, I'm pricing these far below retail. Wear notes: None. Brand new condition. Damage noted: None Waterproof? I don't know but as uppers have mesh, I would say not. Water-resistant maybe, with Scotchgard or some other treatment.
