Our Decals have Transfer Tape pre applied for easy peel away application. Our decals are meant for smooth surfaces such as painted surfaces, glass, metal etc. Install Steps: 1.) Thoroughly clean surface with All Purpose Cleaner.2.) Place the decal (and transfer tape) onto the surface you want to apply3.) Use a credit card or similiar to smooth/press/adhear decal to surface.4.) Peel away transfer tape at approximatetly a 45 degree angle to surface. Please note - There is no background. The background of the decal will be whatever you put it on. The color you select is for the decal itself. To maintain the proper aspect ratio, the change in width will change the height of the decal proportionally.
