Although the service is costlier than standard shipping it does include tracking and insurance for added peace of mind. A) No. Unfortunately due to a number of fraudulent buyers claiming non receipt of items I can no longer afford to give items away for free. The fairest option is to send all items with Tracked delivery to safeguard both parties.
