Pics show the green light when connected to computer and software, yellow when a check is inserted, the demo program has a scan button you click and the screen shot shows the imaged check. Ink jet printer is working as shown in the picture of the sample check I ran with an image of the front also. Software comes from your bank to process checks and should include drivers.
