DIRECTIONS AGE: 18+ # OF PLAYERS: 3-GROUP PLAYING TIME: 30-60 MIN. OBJECT: To define and identify WORDS and PHRASES by only drawing pictures. For example, How would you draw LUST, or, LET THE GOOD TIMES ROLL? EQUIPMENT: Gameboard, WORDS and PHRASES card decks, 3-minute timer, die and playing SET-UP: put cards face down on the appropriate card space on board. Put timer on board space and playing pieces on START. One player acts as Official Scoring Supervisor, who makes a scoring sheet with a column for each player. Youngest player will go first with play continuing clockwise to left. TO PLAY: Turn over sandtimer. Quickly roll die and move your playing piece onto the "drawing pencil" path the number of "pencil" spaces indicated. Take top card from deck matching the name on space. Look at the same number WORD or PHRASE. on the list as the number you rolled. Important! Keep card hidden face down. Take drawing pad and, without writing words draw a picture describing the WORD or PHRASE. You may nod "yes" or "no", or point to parts of picture. You may not speak, although frustrated-type grunts are allowed. Swearing must be agreed upon by all players before game starts. SCORING: When a player correctly guesses your WORD or PHRASE, you both receive five (5) points and you get to continue. After your WORD or PHRASE is identified, quickly roll die again, advance piece, take new card, and draw new picture. You may do this as many times as you can before time runs out. If, after a minute or so, you re stuck and can't think of a picture, roll die and continue with new card until sand runs out. Be the first player to get 100 points and be declared Rembrant, Dali, Picasso, or artist of your choice!
