There are two separate jockmail branded pads which fit into pockets in the back of the shorts to help give the appearance you have a gym bubble butt and a contoured shaped pad which fits into the pocket at the front to give you a bulging boost, if you decide you don't need the extra boost you can remove the pads and wear the shorts as regular boxer briefs. The garment is made from a soft high stretch knitted jersey fabric, the pouch is double thickness to give more support & help cup your junk and finished with a soft microfibre branded waistband. I have a 31" waist and wore a size M in this style for the pics and felt good to size and looked great under gym shorts, trousers and jeans.
