We do not offer refunds on graded coins by PCGS, NGC, ANACS & ICG or on bullion items such as Gold, Silver, Platinum or Palladium due to market fluctuations. Returns will be accepted if we are notified through the eBay message system within 3 days from the date that you receive the purchased item and you are granted refund approval. All items returned must remain in original packaging. We will not accept any returns that have been removed from the original packaging.
