It offers significant performance and flexibility improvements over the companys well-regarded line of Aurora converters, providing an even greater level of wide-open, uncompressed, and unequalized audio for studios, mastering facilities, remote recording, broadcast, live performance or production installations. The Aurora 8 HD combines Hilo-like technology with the latest FPGA processors, to achieve greater transparency and reduction of both noise and distortion. One word clock input and three outputs let you use the unit as a master clock or slave it to an external clock.
