Description: Rivendell's Sold out Billie bar 25.4mm clamp, 580ish mm wide Heat treated aluminum alloy made in Japan I love this bar so much but it has been sitting in my parts bin for the last year. I've played with the fit and bags on my current bike build and this lovely bar unfortunately just isn't going to be used (I could buy another bike for it, lol) It's not new, I bought it last December and ride it for most of the spring with shellaced cotton bartape. Unfortunately, It was installed with adapter shims to fit a 31.8 stem. Definitely not ideal but as an engineer I did my best to make it work...carbon paste a bit extra torque and you see the results. The stem interface surface shows imprinted marks from the clamp shims and the carbon paste took on some of the local dust and my bartape shellac to form a nice hard gunk. I didn't have issue with the condition and planned on using the heck out of it in the future with a 25.4mm stem as intended. Note I've kept this handlebar sitting in my closet. However, I need money and this shinny thing looks like money. Enjoy!
