Made in the USA, 100% polyester, pockets, front zip and button closure, two elastic panels in the back waistline. In excellent vintage condition, with no flaws that I could find. I do want to point out that the button closure is a replacement button, and the waistband droops a bit where that button is (enlarge photos 1 & 4 to see).
