Description: Vintage 60s Floral Flower Power Mod Suitcase Luggage Set of 6 with 4 UNUSED! 1968 Here is a set of six pieces of luggage! The largest bag measures approximately 20" x 15" x 6", and each bag fits snugly inside the next. Each features a zippper around three sides, with a lock at the end. All six keys are included. There is another zipper on one side for easy access to documents, etc. The inside of each has a compartment on the top half, closed by a snap, with two straps onthe bottom half to help keep clothing in place. The largest bag appears to have been used: There are a few minor scrapes on the outside edges. On the top inside, the vinyl (plastic?) is torn about 1" on each side (see last photo). The seam holding one side of the zipper on the outside "pocket" came out, so about seven inches needs to be re-attached/sewn, if desired (see photo). This is the only suitcase that shows wear. The second largest bag might have been used, as the straps inside were no longer buckled and it was dusty. I used a damp cloth to wipe it, and it looks great again. Otherwise, there are no tears or obvious signs of use. The remaining four bags appear to be unused. The smallest bag has its original tag: "Holiday Fair" as shown. The manufacturer's tag attached inside the suitcases indicates they were made in Japan, dated 1968. The suitcases are not moldy and are not musty, and they have no foul odors. They have sturdy navy blue handles and trim. When snugly nested together the suitcases weigh 19.8 pounds. They will be shipped nested together, with the outer bag wrapped in paper, and shipped in a sturdy box.
