Featuring a cream wood frame with gold trim, impressionist painting depicts of woman in long gown standing in a field of pastel wildflowers by the side of a lake - wearing bonnet and holding a small basket of flowers - there is a charming cottage with pink roof to one side. Signed, Theroux (I think), actual painting is about 9-1/2" wide by 8" deep - frame is complete with wire hanger and ready to display. I purchased this in the 1980s to add to my pink bedroom - just ran out of space. Condition is lovely with no damage other than a tiny scuff on the frame edge.
