Madeleine Joan Blaustein (formerly credited as Addie Blaustein; born Adam Blaustein; October 9, 1960 December 11, 2008) was an American voice actress. Blaustein was the second oldest of five children and was born in Long Island, New York. She was known for her work as a voice actor for 4Kids Entertainment and DuArt Film and Video. Gregory Abbey (born December 15, 1962), is an American voice actor who is known for working with 4Kids Entertainment, DuArt Film and Video, NYAV Post and Central Park Media. He is best known for his roles of Tristan Taylor from Yu-Gi-Oh!, Yusei Fudo from Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's and Raphael from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
